UAT all-month test mode starts unlocked. Production Lock is intentionally OFF so Accounts and Finance can test every month end-to-end. This does not grant production certification. Claude understands evidence, ranks ambiguous identity candidates, and explains exceptions; it never owns Expected, Received, identity confirmation, or Finance closure. Financial reconciliation remains deterministic, profile-governed and fail-closed.
