UAT all-month test mode is active. Production Lock is OFF for controlled UAT testing; this package remains DB-gate-pending and is not Ready-to-Test until exact-package MariaDB acceptance passes. Claude is optional and explicit-only: it may understand unknown evidence, rank genuinely ambiguous money-free candidates, or explain exceptions when requested. Reconciliation never auto-spends on Claude. Claude never owns Expected, Received, identity confirmation, allocation, Difference, or Finance closure. Financial reconciliation remains deterministic, profile-governed and fail-closed.
